Carhop's Rest Stop and Diner Design

This illustration was created for Pantograms' trade shows. Often, fictional businesses were created to demonstrate how the apparel decorating industry often demands promotional items. In this case, an classic diner on historic Route 66 was the theme.

The Carhop's artwork was used on t-shirts and also converted to an embroidered design for a bowling shirt.

Starlite Cellars is another fictional company created for demonstrations at Pantograms' trade shows. For this illustration, a trendy wine shop is the theme.

Lucky Cat Poster

In need of some artwork for my apartment, I decided to create some of my own posters for framing. This is a manekineko, or lucky cat. The manekineko is a symbol of welcoming and good luck used widely through Japan.

There are 3 of these in my apartment. Each cat is a different color and represents a particular area of luckiness—health, prosperity, and spirituality.

Photography Scavenger Hunt, Ybor City

Students were given 4 rolls of film, a Pentax camera, and a list of things to photograph in Ybor City. A one-hour time limit was given to find every item on the list. Afterward, one photo from each roll was selected to create an illustration to use in a piece documenting the experience.
